Assistant Professor (Surgical Oncology)
As per qualifications laid down by National Medical Commission Regulations dated 30.06.2025 for minimum qualifications for teachers in medical institutions and amended from time to time. MS-CIT Passing Certificate. SSC or HSC passed with Marathi subject. If the MS-CIT and SSC or HSC with Marathi subject passing certificate is not available at the time of interview, it will be mandatory to submit it within three months for MS-CIT and six months for SSC or HSC with Marathi subject from the appointment date.

Important Details
- The appointment is purely on a contract basis till 31.03.2027 and not on a regular basis.
- The appointed candidate can be discontinued at any time if not required, and must give one month's notice in advance to resign.
- Services will be terminated if Assistant Professors become available on a regular basis through direct service.
- Selected candidates are eligible only for Casual Leave and Special Casual Leave as per circular No. Director/M.E. & M.H/3644 dated 14.10.2022, and for no other leave.
- Candidates already in service must submit a No Objection Certificate from their previous employer.
- The selected candidate will be appointed at LTMG Hospital & Medical College and can be transferred to a Municipal Medical College as per requirement.
- If the MS-CIT certificate is not available at the time of interview it must be submitted within three months of appointment, and the SSC or HSC Marathi subject certificate within six months.
