Bachelor's degree 20 marks, Master's degree 20 marks, doctoral degree 10 marks and additional qualifications 15 marks, all on a pro-rata basis; additional qualifications carry 5 marks for university level academic awards and 10 marks for publications.

Important Details
- The engagement is purely temporary, non-regular, non-tenurial and time-bound and is not against any sanctioned post of the University.
- It is co-terminus with the academic year (July to June), i.e. June 2027, and shall not exceed one year.
- The selected candidate is paid a fixed monthly honorarium of Rs. 60,000 with no other allowance or benefit.
- Applicants applying for different types of positions must submit a separate application form for each position.
- Candidates belonging to states other than Haryana will be treated as General category candidates.
- Candidates called for interview or presentation are not entitled to any travelling or daily allowance.
- If selected, the candidate must produce a medical certificate of fitness from the CMO of the university at joining and report for duty within 15 days of the issue of the engagement order.
Leave and Benefits
- 15 Casual Leaves and 02 Restricted Holidays in an academic year, or proportionate to the engagement period.
- No leave encashment, gratuity, FMA, medical reimbursement, TA/DA, LTC or any other allowance.
- No other allowance or benefit is admissible.
Terms of Engagement
- Engagement is purely temporary, non-regular, non-tenurial and time-bound, and is not against any sanctioned post.
- Co-terminus with the academic year (July to June), i.e. June 2027, and shall not exceed one year.
- The University may discontinue the engagement at any time by giving 15 days' notice; the candidate may leave by giving 15 days' notice.
- On completion of the engagement period, no extension, interim arrangement or ad hoc continuation is permitted, and the Teaching Associate has no right to claim employment, regularization, absorption or further engagement in LUVAS.
- Duties are confined to limited teaching support functions under the Head of Department; no administrative or governance duties reserved for regular faculty.
- The Teaching Associate works under the administrative control of the concerned Head of Department and the Dean, COVS, LUVAS, and may be assigned duties at any other location within the University's jurisdiction.
Grounds for Summary Rejection
- Application not submitted on the prescribed application form.
- Unsigned or incomplete application.
- Candidate does not possess the prescribed academic qualifications and other requisite documents on the last date for submission.
- Application received after the last date by hand or through post; the University is not responsible for postal delay.
