Important Details
- There is no application fee and no TA/DA is paid for appearing in the test or interview.
- The date for determining eligibility of candidates in every respect is the closing date for receipt of applications, 02.11.2026.
- Only the matriculation/SSC certificate issued by the education board is accepted as proof of date of birth.
- A contractual doctor must give one month's notice to leave the engagement, unless the Institute and the employee agree otherwise.
- Contractual doctors also perform additional duties, health camps and medical examinations required by the Institute without special remuneration.

Shortlisting Criteria
- Higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement
- Higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement
- Experience counted before or after the acquisition of essential qualifications
Desirable Experience
Experience in Institutes of National Importance such as IITs, IISERs, IISc, NITs and other similar Central Government institutions is desirable for all the posts.
