Terms of Engagement
- Selected candidates must join within 10 days of the date of issue of the order, failing which the order is treated as cancelled.
- One month's notice must be given before leaving the assignment, failing which one month's pay or pay for the shortfall period is payable.
- Technical manpower on contract are not entitled to any regular leave.
- The Nodal Officer may terminate the services without notice for unsatisfactory work or any other valid ground.
- The assignment stands terminated if the project closes or the position is abolished.
- Candidates have no claim for continuation of service or for regular establishment in MPKV, Rahuri.
