- Qualification
- Engineering graduate in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical with good academic record from a recognised university/institution. Candidates holding MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an added advantage.
- Experience
- Minimum 24 years of post-qualification experience as an Executive in PSUs or reputed/leading organisations. At least 5 years' experience during the last ten years at a Senior Management level in Technical / Operations / Maintenance in Alumina Refinery. Wide exposure to Alumina Refinery operations / Aluminium Smelter operations / Captive Power Plant / Production Planning and process optimization / Technology upgradation and expansion projects.

- Experience
- Minimum 24 years of post-qualification experience as an Executive in PSUs or reputed/leading organisations. At least 10 years' experience during the last 20 years in Project management (Planning / execution / Formulation / Engineering / Commercial) of large industrial projects. Wide exposure and proven experience in planning, execution and commissioning of large industrial / metallurgical / power projects, Greenfield / Brownfield projects, EPC / EPCM contract management, procurement and vendor management, construction management, commissioning activities, statutory clearances and regulatory compliances, budgeting, cost control and risk management.

Based on the information and declarations in the online application, the criteria in Table-1 read with Table-2, and weightages for percentage of marks in essential qualification, minimum required experience, additional years of experience and experience in companies with turnover of Rs. 250 crore or more or listed companies; experience from Mining, Metallurgical, Chemical, Power and Manufacturing/Production sectors carries additional weightage.

Salary Structure

Basic Pay and DA in Industrial DA pattern, Perks at 35% of basic pay, Performance Related Pay based on company and individual performance, company accommodation or HRA, medical facilities for self and family, post-retirement medical benefit, leave encashment, pension as per NPS, contributory provident fund and gratuity as per company rules.

Placement and Medical Fitness
During probation and after absorption, selected candidates may be posted in NALCO establishments anywhere in India or abroad, or in its subsidiaries, joint ventures or business associates, and are transferable as per organisational requirement. They must be medically fit as per NALCO Medical Examination Rules and will be examined at the Company's hospital or empanelled hospitals and diagnostic centres.
NOC and CTC Proof Formats
Candidates from Govt./PSUs whose pay scales have parity with CDA/IDA scales must attach Format-1 certified by the present employer along with the last three promotion orders and latest pay slip. Candidates from State PSEs, subsidiaries and JVs of CPSEs without such parity must attach certified Format-2 and Form 16 for FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26 along with pay slips for June 2026 to August 2026. Candidates with no CDA/IDA parity must provide certified CTC proof from the employer with the same Form 16 and pay slips. Failure to submit these makes the candidature liable to disqualification.
