- Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications or Equivalent and Master in Management, Public Policy or equivalent.
- Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in technology policy, digital governance, enterprise transformation, or public sector advisory. At least 5 years leading or managing large-scale Digital Governance / IT transformation projects with Central/State Governments or multilateral organizations; at least 2 years of software development in Government or Private Sector and at least 2 years of consulting experience in the Government Sector; conceptualisation, design, development or deployment of AI enabled solutions or workflows; proven track record in drafting and operationalizing public policy frameworks, digital standards or data protection/privacy compliance workflows; demonstrated experience in Business Development and client relationship management; working comprehension of AI, Cloud Computing, IoT and GIS in governance use cases.

- Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT / digital infrastructure and cyber security, including at least 5 years in cyber security. Hands-on experience in one or more of security architecture, SOC operations, VAPT / security audits, incident response or cloud security; experience of working with Government, PSUs or large enterprises is desirable; experience in designing or delivering cyber security training and capacity building programmes is an added advantage.

- Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, BI development, and enterprise data analytics. At least 4 years of hands-on experience executing large-scale Big Data analytics projects involving complex ETL transformations, schema modeling and high-volume transactional data; good understanding of Data Architecture, AI/ML, AI tools and Infra; expertise in Big Data processing (Hadoop, Spark, Presto), ETL tools (Fivetran, Informatica, Airflow, dbt), databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset); proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
