Selection Process

Selection will be by Personal Interview or any other appropriate way decided by NPCC depending upon the response received against the posts; final selection is based on performance in the interview.
- 2Medical Examination
Appointment is subject to the selected candidate being found medically fit by an approved Government hospital or medical board.
Salary Structure
Employer's contribution towards Provident Fund @12% is borne by the Company. Fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1,250 per month. An additional 12.5% of consolidated remuneration is admissible for contractual employees posted in the North East Region and 5% for those posted in Bangalore. Higher consolidated remuneration may be offered by the Selection Committee based on relevant work experience.

Important Details
