Important Details
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application form in a separate envelope with the fee for each post.
- Only one application form is allowed for a particular post; more than one form for a post in a single envelope is a cause of rejection.
- Applications by hand will not be accepted and must reach the university by Registered or Speed Post.
- Persons already employed should submit their application through proper channel, which should reach the university within 30 days after the closing date; an advance copy may be submitted, subject to production of NOC/Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the employer at the time of interview.
- Qualifications, eligibility conditions, age and other documents will be determined with regard to the closing date of 05.11.2026.
- The university will not pay any travel expenses for attending the interview.
Reservation
The horizontal reservation for PWD and dependents of freedom fighters will be applied as per Uttar Pradesh State Government rules, i.e. No. 3/2021/324/2021/65-3-2021-78/99T.C. dated 30-7-2021. Acid Attacked Victims (AAV), Dwarfism (Dw) and Lower Vision (LV) will be given weightage. The reservation policy will be adopted as per Government of Uttar Pradesh rules wherever applicable.
Marks Relaxation
As per the Gazette of India Part III Section 4 dated 11 July 2016 (UGC, New Delhi), a relaxation of 5% marks may be provided at the Graduate and Masters level for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Differently-abled (physically and visually differently-abled)/Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-creamy layer) categories for the purpose of eligibility, based on only the qualifying marks without including any grace mark procedures.
Rights Reserved by the University
- Increase or decrease post(s) under any category or not to fill up any of the advertised positions
- Withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without assigning any reason
- Draw reserve panel(s) against possible vacancies in future
- Offer the post at a level lower than that advertised, depending upon qualifications, experience and performance
- Fix criteria for screening applications to reduce the number of candidates called for qualifying tests, written tests or interview
- Conduct qualifying or written tests where no test is prescribed and a large number of applications is received
- Relax the age, qualifications or experience at its discretion
