Masters degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at a degree level, or Master's degree of a recognized university or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level, or Master's degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as a subject at a degree level, or Master's degree in a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at degree level. Experience: Five years' experience as Hindi Officer or above level in any Central Govt Depts/Central Govt establishments. Salary Structure
Fixed consolidated remuneration per month arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement as per OM No.3-25/2020-E.IIIA, GoI, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure dated 09.12.2020. No other service benefits are admissible during the contract period.

- Applications are invited only from retired persons aged 63 or below who have served as Hindi Officer or above level in any Central Government department or establishment.
- The engagement is on contract for one year, extendable by another year.
- The consolidated remuneration is fixed by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at retirement and stays unchanged for the term of the contract; absence without leave is treated as no work, no pay.
- The selected candidate gets 15 days casual leave a year with the prior permission of the Deputy Chairperson, and facilities such as transport, NMPA quarters accommodation, laptop, mobile phone, mobile plan charges and TADA on tour as applicable to the regular Hindi Officer post.

Terms of Engagement
- Tenure of contract is 1 year from the date of joining, extendable by another year based on performance and requirement
- Remuneration is fixed by deducting basic pension from the pay drawn at retirement as per OM No.3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020; TDS is deducted as applicable
- The remuneration once fixed remains unchanged for the term of the contract
- Remuneration is paid as per attendance recorded; absence without leave is treated as no work, no pay
- Facilities such as transportation, accommodation at NMPA quarters, laptop, mobile phone, mobile plan charges and TADA on tour are allowed as applicable to the regular post of Hindi Officer
- 15 days casual leave in a year with the prior permission of the Deputy Chairperson
- NMPA may terminate the contract at any point with one month's notice; in case of misconduct it may be terminated without notice
- The candidate must give three months' advance notice in writing to leave the contract appointment
