- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a recognized University / Institute.
- Experience
- FT-M3 (Associate): minimum 5 to 10 years of overall post-qualification experience across commercial, procurement, sales, contract/vendor/inventory management, supply chain, finance or operations domains, including at least 3 years of domain experience in handling public procurement and tendering through government e-procurement portals such as NIC, CPP Portal or GeM for a Government organization, PSU or an agency executing World Bank / ADB-funded projects. FT-M4 (Sr. Associate): above 10 years of overall post-qualification experience with the same domain and public procurement conditions. Experience in Apprenticeship training will be considered.

Contract Terms
Engagement is on a fixed term contractual basis for a maximum period of 3 years or co-terminus with completion of the assignment/projects, whichever is earlier. Extension of one more year may be granted subject to approval of the Managing Director. Monthly remuneration is a lumpsum amount subject to deduction of income tax at source and any other tax as per rules; no increment is allowed during the term of the contract.
Compensation and Benefits
- Mediclaim insurance for self, spouse and up to 2 dependent children (up to 18 years, or 25 years if unemployed and unmarried); the policy is bought by the FTE and NRL reimburses only the premium.
- At Numaligarh Refinery site, medical facilities at NRL Hospital limited to consultation, medical tests and surgery free of cost; medicines and consumables are borne by the FTE.
- Provident Fund deducted as per the statutory maximum wage ceiling decided by EPFO from time to time.
- Rs. 500 per day payable towards incidental expenses for approved domestic official tours.
- Canteen facility on payment basis.
- Ex-gratia as per the existing policy for contractual workers decided by NRL Management.
- Induction training and Fire & Safety training organised by the T&D department after joining.
Leave and Working Hours
FTE is entitled to 24 days paid leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis at 2 leaves per month, and cannot avail more than 6 days leave in a month. Un-availed leave cannot be carried forward but can be encashed on completion or earlier termination of the fixed term contract. FTE works a 48-hour week in line with regular officers of the company and observes normal office timings.
