Terms and Conditions of Engagement
- Services are purely on contractual basis with no claim for absorption or regularization in Prasar Bharati.
- Engagement is on full time basis; no other assignment is allowed during the engagement.
- Persons engaged can be assigned additional tasks apart from the specific tasks for which they are engaged.
- Period of engagement is one year, renewable based on requirement and performance review.
- Engagement can be discontinued or terminated with one month notice or one month's salary in lieu thereof by either side without assigning any reason.
- No claim of pensionary benefit is admissible on account of this contractual engagement.
- Prasar Bharati reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.
- Prasar Bharati reserves the right to conduct a test and/or interview of shortlisted candidates; no TA/DA will be paid for attending.
