Eligibility Details
Guest Faculty (Commerce)
Good academic record with a Master's degree in Commerce from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university, with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Physically & Visually Handicapped) or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate should have either cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. Candidates awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations 2009 or subsequent regulations are exempted from the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET, subject to the conditions laid down in the notice. NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

- 2Fill the application form completely as per UGC Regulation 2018 guidelines.
- 3Attach self-attested copies of all relevant certificates and documents.
- 4Prepare two complete copies of the application form along with enclosures.
- 5Submit the two copies by hand or post in the Office of DES-MDRC, Panjab University, Chandigarh, latest by 23.10.2026.

Teaching Details
