RITES Individual Consultant Recruitment 2026

RITES Corporate Office, Shikhar, Plot No.01, Sector-29, Gurugram-122001, or Regional Office, Kolkata OJAS, 12th Floor, Plot No. DJ-20, Action Area-1D, Street No.326, Newtown, Kolkata-700160, or through video conferencing. Candidates may appear for document scrutiny and interview online or in person, and only shortlisted candidates are allowed for the interview.

The Individual Consultant is entitled to leave at 1.5 days for each completed month, with no accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year on a pro-rata basis. Absence up to one month may be considered without remuneration. Women consultants may be eligible for maternity leave as per the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017.

Payment is released by RITES within one week after completion of the month, based on the attendance registered by the Individual Consultant. Income tax or any other tax liable to be deducted is deducted at source before payment, and RITES issues a TDS certificate.

• Last day of the month in which the final examination of the qualifying degree was held; where the exact date of written examination is stated, that date is treated as the date of acquiring the qualification
