- This is not a Central or State Government job; services are governed by Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations 1997.
- Applications are accepted only by post and must reach Sainik School Chittorgarh by 07 Nov 2026; applications sent by email or fax will not be entertained and the school is not responsible for postal delay.
- Incomplete forms or forms without the required documents will be rejected without any communication.
- Candidates must bring original certificates and degrees along with two photocopies for verification on the day of the examination; those who do not bring originals will be disqualified.
- Selected candidates must submit two certificates of good character from two distinguished persons such as Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly or a Gazetted Officer not related to them, and declare whether they have any relative employed at the school.
- No TA/DA is admissible.
- The school administration reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the vacancies.
Terms and Conditions of Service
- Selected candidates are on probation for one year, extendable to two years
- Services are governed by Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations 1997, amended and revised from time to time
- The individual is liable to be transferred at any time to any Sainik School under Sainik Schools Society, New Delhi within the country
- Rent-free accommodation is provided if available within the campus and staying inside the school campus in the allotted accommodation is mandatory
- TGT posts are treated as vacational staff and the Mess Manager post as non-vacational, with retirement age 60 years
- Absence from duty for two consecutive days or more without prior written permission makes the individual liable to termination
- The individual must not accept any subscription, donation or gift from students, parents or guardians
