Important Details
- Appointed candidates will be employees of the Sainik Schools Society and its rules and regulations will apply.
- Applications must carry attested copies of testimonials and a non-refundable demand draft and reach the Principal, Sainik School, Kapurthala, Punjab - 144 601 by 10 October 2026.
- The post applied for must be clearly mentioned; applications with blank, false or wrong information, or those received after the due date, are rejected summarily.

- For contractual staff, one month's salary is kept as a security deposit, deducted in three equal instalments from the first three months' salary.

Desirable Qualifications
Lab Assistant: experience of teaching in a residential school in the concerned subject, proficiency in teaching the concerned subject, ability to converse fluently in English, knowledge of computer applications, preference for higher qualification, and achievements in NCC, sports, games or other extra-curricular activities. Cook and Carpenter: understanding of Punjabi and Hindi, experience of working in a residential school like Military or Sainik Schools (more than 7 years in Sainik Schools is an added advantage), experience in cooking at a reputed hotel or residential school for Cooks, and adequate work experience in the carpenter trade for Carpenter.
