Important Details

Nature of Job
The person shall be responsible for drafting legal documents such as affidavits, MoUs, agreements, rules and regulations, legal vetting of documents, preparation of replies to notices received from various Commissions, providing legal opinion on matters referred by the Director and other competent authority, and providing information on matters relating to reservation policies of Government and decisions of various courts on employee related matters. He or she shall liaise with the standing counsels of the Institute who deal with cases in various courts of law including CAT.
