MBBS degree from a recognized University and registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or applied for registration in DMC on or before the last date of submission of application form. Compulsory rotatory internship completed on or after 22.10.2024. The candidate must not have completed one-year Junior Residency in any recognized institution/hospital including regular and ad-hoc basis; such candidates will be considered under fresh category.

Age Limit
30 years for General candidates as on the date of interview. Upper age limit for eligibility for JR will be 40 years in case of non-availability of candidates as per the relevant scheme.

Important Details
- OBC certificates issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi only are accepted, and candidates must possess a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for the current financial year.

- Candidates already working in government service must submit an NOC from their employer.
- Selected resident doctors allotted hostel accommodation are not allowed to vacate it till completion of their tenure, resignation or termination.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview.
