Selection is by direct recruitment based on merit and evaluation of service conditions under the Karnataka Municipal Corporations (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules 1976 and later amendments; existing contractual, daily wage and outsourcing workers of the Palike get weightage for their service duration.
Salary Structure
Rs. 27,000-46,675 (pay scale under the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act 1976)
