Reservation

Merit List and Wait List
The merit list is prepared in descending order of scores obtained in the interview only. If more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks, the older candidate is ranked higher. SIDBI may draw wait lists in different grades and use them to meet actual requirements.
Contract Terms
The contract is initially for three years subject to an interim review and is extendable at the sole discretion of the Bank by up to two years. It can be terminated with three months' notice on either side or salary and allowances in lieu. The Bank reserves the right to post or transfer the contract staff to any of its offices or depute them to associates, subsidiaries or any other organization.
