- Minimum 10 years of total experience in an Engineering capacity out of which 05 years as S.E. and/or C.E. (after obtaining the requisite degree) in PWD (B&R), Haryana or equivalent in Central Govt.

- Consultants/Technical Advisor shall not be entitled to any kind of allowance or accommodation facility such as Dearness Allowance, transport facility, residential accommodation, personal staff and medical reimbursement.
- No TA/DA is admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion
- TA/DA as per rules is paid only for official duty outside the University after approval of the competent authority.
- The appointment is temporary against specific jobs and the University may terminate the contract with fifteen days written notice, or immediately without notice if the conduct of the consultant is detrimental to the smooth functioning of the University.
Terms of Engagement
The initial engagement as Consultant/Technical Advisor is for six months or for the period desired by the University, whichever is less. The contract is reviewed on tenure basis. The University reserves the right not to fill or to withdraw the post(s) or to amend or withdraw the advertisement without assigning any reason.
