How to Apply
- 1Register on the SMKV Bastar recruitment portal through Career, Recruitment Portal, Applicant Login, New Registration.
- 2Note the user ID and password sent to the registered mobile number and log in through Applicant Login.
- 3Open My Applications and select the advertisement number and the non-teaching post applied for.
- 4Fill in the personal information and save the details.
- 5Add the educational qualification details and the typing certificate details where applicable.
- 6Upload caste, domicile, educational, computer qualification and experience certificates.
- 7Upload a recent colour passport-size photograph and signature of 30 KB to 100 KB each.
- 8Select two preferred examination centre districts.
- 9Preview the application, confirm the details and pay the fee by internet banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
- 10Submit the application and keep a printout of the submitted form.

Important Details
- All three advertisements restrict applications to permanent residents of Chhattisgarh, and a domicile certificate issued by the competent authority must be produced at document verification.
- Candidates must select the correct advertisement number and post separately in the recruitment portal, because eligibility requirements and examination patterns differ across the three notices.
- Serving government and semi-government employees may apply directly but must submit a no objection certificate at document verification.
- Applicants who change from a reserved category to unreserved during the correction window must pay the fee difference, while a change in the reverse direction does not attract a refund.
- The 10 experience marks are only for eligible daily-wage service at SMKV Bastar under the prescribed recruitment rules and are not awarded for experience at other institutions.
- All educational and other eligibility qualifications must be complete by 4 November 2026.

Horizontal Reservation
Women, ex-servicemen and eligible Persons with Disabilities may be covered under the separate horizontal reservation provisions of the respective advertisements. Such horizontal reservations should not be added to the total vacancy count.
Post-Selection Conditions
- Selected candidates are appointed on a probation period of 3 years.
- A health fitness certificate from the medical board of the district hospital must be submitted before joining.
- Character verification is carried out through the Superintendent of Police, and appointment is cancelled if an adverse report is received.
- The selected candidate must submit an affidavit stating that no legal proceeding or police case or inquiry is pending against them.
- If any information or document submitted is found false after selection, the appointment is cancelled and legal action is taken.
