- A Ph.D. pursuing scholar in Psychology
- Research experience in psychology, education, child/adolescent development or mental health
- Experience in psychological test construction or validation

- Experience in questionnaire/survey administration and data collection
- Experience of working with school students
- Experience in research documentation and preparation of reports
- Familiarity with research ethics, informed consent and confidentiality procedures
