Probation and CTC
Selected Senior Executive candidates are on probation for an initial period of one year. After satisfactory completion of probation they are absorbed as Sr. Executive (Operations) on a CTC of approximately Rs 8.51 LPA, which includes basic pay, HRA payable as per the place of posting, conveyance and mobile phone expenses.
