Selection Process

- The Incubation Manager shall report to the COO or the STPI Jurisdictional Director, as decided by the STPI Jurisdictional Director.
- Experience in the relevant field is calculated after attaining the minimum essential qualification.

Job Description
- Manage and run day-to-day operations of the CoE
- Work closely with the HoC/CEO/COO to design, develop and run CoE activities and to develop vision, strategy and business model
- Develop and execute strategy for implementation, review, outreach, scouting, evaluating, selection and on-boarding of start-ups
- Manage day-to-day interaction with start-ups and incubatees and provide strategic guidance on business modelling, sales, marketing, financing, fundraising and operations
- Provide high-quality mentor and advisory support to entrepreneurs
- Organize demo days, seminars, training workshops and mentoring sessions
- Enhance CoE brand visibility through start-up success stories and brand positioning strategy
- Oversee intake, scoping, capacity planning and execution workflow for digital marketing and lead generation
- Identify best practices for audience targeting, database hygiene, email and digital marketing strategy, events and channel measurement
- Deliver clear and frequent communication with Marketing and Events stakeholders
- Provide information for management reporting and prepare reports as necessary
