About THDC India Limited Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager and More Recruitment 2026

THDC India Limited, a Schedule A Mini Ratna public sector enterprise in the power sector jointly owned by NTPC Limited and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, has announced recruitment for 10 regular positions of Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager and Additional General Manager in its Finance and HR disciplines. These are senior executive roles in the E-6 to E-8 grades, and selected candidates can be posted at any of the company's projects, stations, offices, joint ventures or subsidiaries across India.

Experience
Post qualification Executive experience of 13 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/scale IDA: 80,000 - 3% - 2,20,000, equivalent private sector level Rs. 20 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/Finance/Internal Audit, preferably in Public Sector Organizations, Central Government, State Government or large private sector organization of repute.

Age Relaxation

    Personal Interview

    Marks obtained in the Personal Interview form the basis for drawing the final merit list and empanelling candidates; no candidate securing overall less than 50% marks will be empanelled and empanelment is made in order of merit.

Salary Structure

Compensation package for all posts includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance at 35% of basic pay as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation or Company Quarters or HRA, reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile instrument facility and communication charges reimbursement, short and long term loans and advances including House Building Advance, Car Loan and Computer/Laptop Loan, medical facilities, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, Pension and Post-Retirement Medical Benefits. Protection of Basic Pay for PSU and Government employees is applicable as per DPE Guidelines.

Important Details

  • Selected candidates are liable to be posted or transferred to any of the projects, stations, offices, JVs or subsidiaries of THDCIL.
  • Candidates working in Government or PSU must forward their application through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate at the time of the Personal Interview, and those employed with Government departments, PSUs or autonomous bodies must submit a relieving letter at joining.
  • Private sector candidates must submit Form 16 of the previous employer for FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26 along with a CTC certificate in the prescribed Annexure A format.
  • Internship, training, apprenticeship and teaching periods are not counted as experience.
  • All qualifications must be regular and full-time from Indian universities or institutes recognised by AICTE or an appropriate statutory authority.
  • Candidates must carry a valid photo ID to the interview; photocopies are not acceptable.
  • The upper age limit after availing relaxation shall not exceed 58 years.
  • Appointment is subject to certification of medical fitness by a duly qualified and registered medical practitioner, medical board, Chief Medical Officer or Civil Surgeon of a Government hospital approved by the company.

  • Category once filled in the online registration form will not be changed and no benefit of that category will be admissible later.
  • Candidates claiming a reserved category must furnish a valid EWS/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD certificate from a competent authority, issued in the current year 2026-2027, in the latest Government of India format.
  • OBC candidates belonging to the Creamy Layer are not entitled to OBC concessions and must indicate their category as General.
  • Doob Kshetra or THDCIL Project Affected Area Family certificates are valid only if issued by the Special Land Acquisition Officer and verified by the concerned District Authority.
