Fresh (PG Degree) in the concerned specialty. The candidate must possess Graduate/Master/PG Degree/PG Diploma and valid registration is compulsory.

Salary Structure
Remuneration is negotiable, ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 1,25,000 per month depending on qualification, experience and post category.
Fresh (PG Degree): Rs. 75,000 for Physician, General Surgeon, Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Anesthetist and Radiologist; Rs. 50,000 for Orthopedics; Rs. 1,25,000 for Pathologist. After 5 years' service (PG Degree): Rs. 75,000 for Physician, General Surgeon, Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Anesthetist and Radiologist. Fresh (PG Diploma): Rs. 90,000 for Physician, General Surgeon, Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Anesthetist and Radiologist; Rs. 50,000 for Orthopedics; Rs. 1,00,000 for Pathologist. After 5 years' service (PG Diploma): Rs. 25,000 for Physician, General Surgeon, Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Anesthetist and Radiologist; Rs. 25,000 for Orthopedics; Rs. 1,10,000 for Pathologist. Additional remuneration of Specialist may be given as an incentive based on performance from UT Plan Fund / RKS, Govt. Hospital, Diu / NHM subject to approval from the competent authority.

Important Details
- All posts are purely on a contract basis for a fixed period of 6 months under UT Plan; in case of continuation the contract will be extended based on performance appraisal or till the posts are filled up on a regular basis.
- Candidates having a domicile certificate of UT of DNH, Daman & Diu will be given preference.
- The Specialist must be available on call as and when required and residence in the headquarters is compulsory in public interest; they can leave the headquarters only after due approval of the respective Head of Office and must give an undertaking that they will not do any private practice.
- No TA/DA or any other claim is paid for attending the interview.
