Intermediate (Class 12th) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board. Only female candidates are eligible. Applicants for rural areas must be residents of the same gram sabha and applicants for urban areas must be residents of the same ward, with the ward name mentioned in the residential address and a residence proof certificate attached.
