On the day of interview, documents on essential qualification, age, category, experience and NOC are scrutinised by the Institute's Scrutiny Committee and only candidates found eligible are allowed to appear.

Candidates provisionally permitted on the basis of the online application appear in person before the selection board; the date(s) of interview will be notified separately.

Important Details
- This Cycle-2 notice is part of a Rolling Advertisement and must be read with the base Rolling Advertisement (Employment Notification No. 03/2026 dated 30.03.2026); all its terms apply except where modified here.
- The application fee, age limit and pay scale are not stated in this Cycle-2 notice and are governed by the base advertisement.
- OBC candidates must submit a valid NCL-OBC certificate issued on or after 01.04.2026, and EWS candidates a valid EWS certificate issued on or after 01.04.2026; certificates issued earlier will be treated as invalid.
- Candidates already in service in a Government Hospital, Institution or Government Organisation must apply through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate from the employer or competent authority on the date of interview, failing which they may not be allowed to appear.
- Admission to the interview is provisional and subject to the Scrutiny Committee being satisfied about eligibility on the day of interview; if ineligibility is detected at any stage the candidature is cancelled without notice.
- If the interview for any department is not completed on the stipulated day and time, candidates may have to attend on a subsequent day.
- All eligible applicants, irrespective of category, may also be considered against seats advertised under a reservation category; if candidates of that reserved category are not available, candidates of other categories including Unreserved may be considered for appointment not exceeding 44 days, extendable by the competent authority, as per Government of India guidelines.
