Selection Process

Candidates may be shortlisted for interview based on criteria approved by the competent authority; appointment is made purely on merit and no individual call letters are issued.
Salary Structure
Consolidated pay up to Rs. 40,000 per month (Rs. 25,000 per month as fixed remuneration and Rs. 15,000 per month as performance linked incentives)

Important Details
- The engagement is purely on contract for 11 months under the National Ayush Mission, and any extension or renewal depends on a review of performance, contribution to the department and mutually agreed terms; it carries no promise of regular appointment under the A&N State AYUSH Society or A&N Administration.
- Selected candidates are liable to serve anywhere in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and must be ready to work in remote or hard areas and travel there as directed.
- Incomplete or defective applications, and applications without a photograph, are summarily rejected.
- No individual call letters will be issued for the interview and no TA/DA is payable for attending it.
