Graduation with CAIIB or Diploma in Cooperative Business Management, or Post graduate in Commerce, MBA or Agriculture, or PG in subjects related to Cooperatives, banking, NPA and recovery management, credit appraisal, investment and treasury management etc. Applicant must be conversant with computer and multimedia tools and other state of the art methods of teaching. Teaching in Telugu language is essential. Essential experience: the candidate should have good exposure in any one or more of the areas of specializations, namely Banking, Loaning, Cooperation and Information Technology. Desirable: preference to candidates who worked as full-time faculty member with a minimum of three years experience in Training Institutes of State Cooperative Banks, Nationalized Banks, Private Sector Banks, Payment Banks or NBFCs; preference to candidates who have passed CTFC Certification by C-PEC, BIRD Lucknow.

Age Limit

Age Relaxation
Maximum permissible age for a retired officer to work as faculty on contract is 65 years. Candidates holding CTFC certification or any recognized certification in faculty training may get further relaxation in the maximum age as decided by the competent authority.

Selection Process

Shortlisting with reference to the candidate's qualification, experience and profile against the job requirements; satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.

Conducted by the Selection Committee; only the requisite number of shortlisted candidates are called.
Salary Structure
Rs.70,000 per month consolidated plus conveyance of Rs.5,000 per month
Retired officers selected for the post get a consolidated remuneration of Rs.70,000 plus conveyance of Rs.5,000 per month. In-service candidates get pay protection. Deputation or faculty allowance as applicable is paid.

Important Details
- Candidates should have retired as Scale-IV officers and above with at least 8 years of experience in the cadre of Scale-II and above.
- Knowledge of Telugu is compulsory and teaching is in Telugu.
- The faculty on contract is not entitled to provident fund, gratuity or pension.
- Candidates must be willing to work in any part of Andhra Pradesh.
- In case of delay in obtaining employer recommendation, an advance copy of the application without the recommendation may be submitted before the last date, but the employer-recommended application must reach the bank by 13.10.2026.
Terms of Appointment
- Contractual appointment initially for 3 years, with performance review every year
- Either side may terminate the contract by giving one month notice

Job Description
- Undertaking training needs analysis and assisting in preparation of the training plan of client institutions and the CTI
- Specification of training areas, identification of levels of trainables and designing programmes for different categories
- Standardization of programmes through C-PEC and preparation and announcement of the CTI training calendar
- Mobilization of trainables from various cooperative institutions
- Conduct of training programmes including session plans, programme kits, reading material, presentations, case studies, business games, sessions and field visits
- Training assessment, participants feedback, classroom management and post-programme documentation and impact evaluation
- Periodic review and updation of teaching and reference material, computer-based database management and preparation of research and status papers
- Organisation of consultancies, project work, seminars and workshops, and exposure tours of participants
