Salary Structure
Rs. 31,000 + HRA for candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET lectureship / Assistant professorship or GATE, or National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions; Rs. 25,000 + HRA for others who do not fall under the above.

- The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project 'Fly Ash Leachability Studies at Ash Filling sites of Adani Power Limited (APL), Tiroda - (CNP-3008)' and does not confer any right to regularization against any CSIR/CSIR-NEERI post.
- The tenure of project staff who have served CSIR-NEERI or any other CSIR laboratory under contract R&D projects cannot exceed six or seven years as per CSIR OM No. 5-1(342)/2017-PD dated 02.09.2024.
- Candidates must have acquired the essential qualification and the result must be declared, with at least a provisional certificate, before applying; final semester, result-awaited and Ph.D. submitted candidates are not eligible.
- No TA is paid for appearing in the interview.
- Selected candidates must arrange their own accommodation, though HRA is admissible as per rules, and must sign an undertaking to maintain confidentiality of project findings and intellectual property information.
- Selected candidates are expected to join within the time frame in the offer letter after pre-appointment formalities like medical examination and character verification.
