Important Details
- Applications must be forwarded through the Cadre Controlling Authority of the parent organisation and must reach DMRC by the last date; advance copies are not entertained and late or incomplete applications are summarily rejected.
- Serving candidates must enclose NOC from the present employer along with vigilance and D&AR clearance, and candidates not currently working must also submit vigilance and D&AR clearance in the Annexure-II proforma.
- MACP benefits are not considered for determining the functional grade, and consolidated PRCE fees for those retiring from a higher grade are restricted to the fee prescribed for the post in which they are engaged.

Medical Examination Categories
The medical examination category for Executives on PRCE basis is Executive/Technical. For the Supervisor category on PRCE basis it is Aye-one (A-1), not below Aye-three (A-3). For Supervisor-I in the Architecture Department on PRCE basis it is Aye-three (A-3). Details of the medical examination are available on the DMRC website.
