KVIC Young Professional Recruitment 2026

• Initial contract of one year; extension up to two more years on performance and requirement, with a fresh contract signed each time.
• Working hours are the same as regular KVIC employees; no extra pay for work beyond working hours or on holidays.
• Eight days of leave in a single year of consultancy; unavailed leave cannot be carried forward to the next year.
• Intervening Saturdays, Sundays and government holidays during a leave spell are not counted against the eight days.
• Selected candidates must give integrity certificates from two references and an undertaking of no criminal record or pending criminal case.
• Young Professionals must arrange and maintain their own insurance at their own expense.
• Income Tax or other applicable state tax is deducted at source.
• Either KVIC or the Young Professional may terminate the contract with one month's notice.
• The engagement does not confer any right to absorption or regularisation in KVIC.

• Photograph: recent passport-size colour photo, JPG/JPEG, 50 KB to 100 KB, about 200 x 230 pixels, minimum 200 DPI.
• Signature: signed on white paper with black ink, JPG/JPEG, about 140 x 60 pixels.
• Date of birth proof (Matriculation/10th) and final or provisional Post Graduate degree certificate: 50 KB to 1000 KB.
• Other certificates: preferably JPG/JPEG/PDF and not more than 1000 KB unless otherwise specified.
• The notices differ on the signature file size: the initial checklist states 10 KB to 50 KB while the detailed upload instructions state 50 KB to 100 KB.

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Sincerity and commitment to work.
