Eligibility Details
Senior Resident (all specialties) - Qualification and Experience
MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma or any other equivalent qualification in the concerned specialty recognized by Medical Council of India. In case a PG candidate is not available, a Non-PG candidate with at least two years experience in the concerned specialty in a Govt./Govt. empanelled hospital will be considered. Registered with Delhi Medical Council (only qualification incorporated in DMC will be considered) and must not have completed three years Senior Residency.

Important Details
- Appointment is on an emergent adhoc basis and is initially for 89 days or till a regular candidate is selected by the Centralized Committee for recruitment of Resident Doctors, whichever is earlier.
- A panel of waitlisted candidates will be prepared for Senior Resident vacancies arising in future.
- No physical application will be accepted; only the online registration link is valid.
- Selected candidates must join within 07 days of receiving the offer of appointment, failing which the offer stands cancelled.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview.

OBC (Delhi) Reservation
Only OBC (Delhi) candidates notified by Govt. of NCT of Delhi get the benefit of reservation and age relaxation under the OBC category. OBC candidates from outside Delhi are treated as Un-reserved and must apply under the UR category. OBC candidates must hold a non-Creamy layer certificate along with the caste certificate on or before the cut off date. Only an OBC certificate issued by the Revenue Department of GNCT of Delhi, or one issued by a competent authority outside Delhi to a person belonging to a community notified as OBC by GNCT of Delhi on the basis of a Delhi OBC certificate of a family member residing in Delhi before 08/09/1993, is accepted.
