Selection Process

Salary Structure
Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 75,000/- total monthly CTC, commensurate based upon experience and last drawn salary

Important Details
- Engagement is purely on a project based contract basis with no legal claim to regular absorption or seniority.
- Selected candidates shall not take up any part time or full time employment or assignments elsewhere or do any business during the contract period; the engagement terminates automatically if they join another organization without prior information.
- Appointment is subject to being found medically fit through the prescribed medical tests upon reporting at the place of posting.

Job Description
- Support team leader in program management
- Conduct financial analysis and review the reports for generating insights
- Coordinate with commercial banks for NRLM IS related issues
- Provide IT related technical support for development or any change requests
- Engage in stakeholder coordination for smooth operations
- Oversee the overall project implementation and ensure all Key Performance Indicators are completed on time
- Identify any challenges or bottlenecks and provide necessary support for timely resolution
- Any other works assigned by the NABCONS/DoF
Project Details
The post is under the project 'PMU for Interest Subvention Scheme Consultants for NABARD Head Office, Mumbai', funded by NABARD / DAY-NRLM. The NRLM Interest Subvention Management System is a centralized web-based platform that digitizes interest subvention claims under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihood Mission, allowing Regional Rural Banks and Cooperative Banks to submit quarterly claims and NABARD to scrutinize, approve and monitor them.
Tax Deduction
The consultant will be paid consolidated professional fees based on experience, educational qualification and overall suitability. Candidates will be liable for tax liabilities under section 393(1) [Sl. No. 6(iii)D(b)] of the Income Tax Act 2025 and rules in force, and tax will be deducted at source.
