- The place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR and selected candidates may work in shifts or on a rotational basis as per departmental requirement; no extra conveyance is paid by ICSIL.
- The engagement is purely contractual and outsourced for a fixed period or till expiry of contract or till regular incumbents join, and it carries no claim for regular appointment.
- ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates, and no TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interaction or document verification.
Security Deposit
Fifteen days salary is deducted from the selected candidate as security in two parts, 50% in the first month and 50% in the second month. It is refunded with savings bank interest after a No Dues certificate is received from the client department and contractual liabilities with ICSIL are completed as per the appointment letter.
